The firm is very fortunate have Ms. Emerson as a Paralegal. She is extremely experienced and particularly easy to work with. Jayne has worked in the area of personal injury and accident law for well over 20 years. She administers cases involving personal injury automobile negligence, medical malpractice and premises liability, as well as many other areas of liability law. Jayne is the Senior Assistant to Attorney Thomas J. Ali and is directly responsible for the the preparation of his cases. She regularly works directly with Mr. Ali’s clients, prepares pleadings, correspondence, trial notebooks, witness lists and supervises the members of Mr. Ali’s staff.
Jayne was born in Georgia and lives in West Pal,m Beach Florida. Her interests include swimming, reading, gardening and spending quality time with her family.
